    Why?

    Many UK and Global Employer Networks are high profile and successful

    Often activity and Sponsorship is much more visible in London

    Many LGBT people who work in the Midlands don't have access to the same support

    Smaller organisations won't have the resources or scale to develop networks

    Work alongside Midland LGBT Employer Network but provide more specific advice and support to professional service organisations

    Help drive the business case for inclusion in Midlands

    Support individuals to be themselves at work and reach their full potential
