Our Objectives
- Support and Networking: Creating opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees and Allies to meet, connect and discuss LGBTQ+ related topics in safe and supportive spaces.
- Professional and Personal Development: Providing opportunities to share challenges, opportunities and best practice in actions individuals and organisations can take to help increase LGBTQ+ inclusion.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Actively develop strong collaborations and partnerships with other networks, companies and community groups to provide events and activities that reflect the Midlands LGBTQ+ community and increases the reach of the network.
- Promoting LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion: Help promote the need for organisations across the Midlands to improve LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion.
