Click here for our Employers' LGBT Workforce Toolkit
Many UK and Global Employer Networks are high profile and successful
Often activity and Sponsorship is much more visible in London
Many LGBT people who work in the Midlands don't have access to the same support
Smaller organisations won't have the resources or scale to develop networks
Work alongside Midland LGBT Employer Network but provide more specific advice and support to professional service organisations
Help drive the business case for inclusion in Midlands
Support individuals to be themselves at work and reach their full potential
