The Alliance Network

The Alliance Network brings together LGBTQ+ professionals and staff networks in the Midlands.

Sign-up free now to join our mailing list and be kept up to date with events and news.

We arrange socials and informative events to support individuals and drive positive change for LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and in the community.

About us

Our steering group is chaired by Paul Eaves-Seeley (Serco) and our membership secretary is Mike Morgan (Hays). We’re a non-incorporated body i.e. we’re not a business nor a charity.

Our aim is to make the Midlands the best place for LGBTQ+ professionals to work. We have hundreds of members from Midlands’ businesses and the public sector who regularly attend our social events and informative discussions.
