The Alliance Network is an LGBT+ professional network. It is voluntarily created, and our mission is To support and connect individuals, organisations and networks in making the Midlands the best place to work for LGBTQ+ people in the UK.
Whatever your views on the recent Supreme Court Judgement, or its consequences, what it has emphasised is how vulnerable any of us can be, whether that is having our existence defined for us, or losing things we took for granted.
Trans+ professionals, and allies to the Trans+ community, feel the weight of the emotionally turbulent, uncertain, and frankly scary time our Trans+ peers are living through right now.
As a network, our message to the Trans+, allies, and wider LGBT+ community is even more important than ever, we are here to support all LGBTQIAAP+ employees in the Midlands, and all are welcome in our network.
