Arrange business focussed and personal development events
Work with all other networks – Midlands LGBT Employer, Open Land, Birmingham University Mentor Scheme, Out of Office etc.
Share information and best practice in Diversity and inclusion approach, LGBT Employer Networks etc across organisations – business input
Arrange events and provide support to all not just LGBT community
Drive more active involvement from people based on the Midlands
Attract and supporting wider LGBT community – female representation is key
Support local relevant charities in terms of increasing knowledge and fund raising
